Jumping World Questions
The best jumper is a prepared jumper. The best way to be prepared is to understand all the ins and outs of Jumping World. Here are the answers to the questions that we get asked the most.
Do I have to have a reservation in order to jump?
No, we are always open to the public. Just make sure to not wear any denim (or clothing with metal studs) and to wear socks! Oh, and also lots of energy!
What is the dress code?
We recommend all jumpers to wear comfortable clothing, but the only dress code we enforce is any jumper must wear socks and can not be wearing any denim clothing or clothing with metal studs.
Do I have to buy Jumping World socks in order to jump? Why or why not?
Of course not. We don’t see why customers have to be wearing our socks in order to jump on trampolines! That sounds ridiculous!
Why can’t I wear denim clothing?
The metal studs found in most denim clothing will create holes in our trampolines which causes a safety hazard! Unlike our competitor, we produce our own trampolines with sturdier materials that provide extra grip with less chance of burning your skin.
Can I bring outside food/drinks?
Sorry, we do not allow outside food/drinks into our facilities. Only customers who have booked their parties with us can bring in birthday cakes/cupcakes.
